		<description>Anthony, Spot on blog, once again! Years ago I was sitting in a project meeting with technical and operations folks as well as marketing and sales types. The  marketing/sales types finally stopped my discourse and pleaded, &quot;Babette, don&#039;t tell me what&#039;s wrong and stop there. Tell me how to make it right.&quot; That piece of advice has traveled the miles with me. I&#039;ve been keenly aware of the importance of this perspective from that day onward.</description>
